Who I am
I am Mackenzie Montejano, founder of Montejano Solutions. I have spent my career in roles that sit at the operational core of a business. I started this practice to put that experience to work for small business owners who need someone on the inside keeping things moving.
Earlier in my career I led a 3,000-record CRM migration while training 25 staff members through the transition and rebuilt email segmentation across three programs that increased subscriber engagement by 15%. At a top-10 national tax firm I built more than ten training manuals that standardized how work gets done across multiple office locations and provided direct operational support to one of the firm’s leaders. In every case I was curious enough to notice what was missing and proactive enough to build something that fixed it.
