Who I Am
I’m Mackenzie Montejano.
Across every role I’ve held, I kept ending up in the same place. When something slowed the team down and I knew it needed to be addressed, I made the time to figure it out and get it done. From identifying the issue to testing options to executing a solution, I found ways to reduce repetitive work and standardize processes that had been living inside people’s heads. Every solution cut down on errors, improved efficiency, and reduced risk.
I want to help owners unlock more time and remove the frustration caused by slow processes or missing documentation. That is the work I do best, and it is why I started Montejano Solutions.
How We Work Together
Prioritization
I start by learning more about your business and identifying the bottlenecks. We connect live, or you can share recordings of you at work. From there, I build a list of what can be improved, and you decide what’s the priority.
Execution
We’ll connect regularly, about once a week, while a project is active. Outside of those meetings, I do most of the work on my own. You’ll get weekly status updates as the work moves toward completion.
Completion
I deliver the guides, templates, and tools. All are yours to keep, and they keep working without me. From there we can continue monthly or reconnect when you need me again.
